After two weeks of painting the Iconic Lagos Molue with images of the Parkhood dancers, Polly Alakija presents the bus to the public at Quintessence in Parkview Estate in Ikoyi.

The event was an evening of amazing fun with live jazz music performance by Lagos Jazz Series, an enlightening book reading by Olasupo Shashore from his book “Possessed” which was an educating history piece on the issues of drumming in Lagos between the colonial masters and the elders followed a talking drum performance by a traditional drummer and an entertaining dance performance by the Parkhood Dancers painted on the Molue.

Present at the event were other artists, art patrons and art lovers to support the cause of the public art. The Molue is currently on a tour around Lagos for people to see and connect with.
