Arthouse Contemporary Affordable Art Auction for young and new collectors will hold for the third time on March 3, 2018, at the Kia Showroom in Lagos.
The sale offers 108 works by well known modern and contemporary artists including Ben Enwonwu, Uche Okeke, Bruce Onobrakpeya, Abayomi Barber, Kolade Oshinowo, Muraina Oyelami, Jacob Afolabi, Jimoh Buraimoh, Solomon Wangboje and Susanne Wenger, Lemi Ghariokwu, Gerald Chukwuma, Diseye Tantua, Uchay Joel Chima, and Ben Osaghae.
Also on offer are works by emerging artists, Yadichinma Ukoha-Kalu, Dennis Osadebe, Abisola Gbadamosi, Williams Chechet, Dare Adenuga, Patrick Akpojotor and Femi Morakinyo, who are presented in an auction sale for the first time.
With a growing interest in photography in the local art market, ten percent of the sale are image-based works by Leonce Raphael Agbdojelou, Kadara Enyeasi, Logo Oluwamuyiwa, Stephen Tayo, Tam Fiofori, Reze Bonna and Dandelion Eghosa.
The auction preview tagged “Art Night Out” holds on March 1st at 6 pm, at the Kia Showroom, 308 Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
